• If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify Deep Seat Designs and mail your purchase back. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
• A refund will be issued based upon receiving your returned item in its original condition. You will be notified by email of the status of your return item, and if the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount.
• In the unlikely event that your item is defective, please notify me by email so a satisfactory outcome, such as a refund, exchange or credit can be arranged. Damage, misuse or wear and tear are not included in this policy.

Shipping in Canada can be one of two options. A flat rate for "Letter" post is $6.00. There is no tracking for this option. If you desire to track your package, the cost is a flat rate of $20 anywhere in Canada.  For international orders, please contact me by email to get a quote.  Choose your preferred option at checkout.
